Honey

Our honey is harvested with care, taking only a small amount so our bees can keep most for themselves. We prioritise their well-being by ensuring they have abundant forage across our land, planting cover crops and wildflowers to enrich the soil and restore health to the woodland floor. With both top bar and standard hives, we practise low-intervention beekeeping, allowing the bees to thrive naturally while we support a balanced, healthy ecosystem.
